This Privacy Policy explains how an individual doing business as "Solderhaus.pro" (“Solderhaus.pro," "we," "us"), collects, uses, and shares information about you. It covers solderhaus.pro, our social accounts, and the DJ Verification Program (together, the "Universe"). It is part of our Terms of Use. If you disagree with it, do not use the Universe.
1. Summary
Our site runs on Google Sites. Our forms run on Google Forms. Our files live on Google Drive.
We collect what you type into forms and what you email us.
Google also collects some data when you use its tools.
We use your data to verify DJs, deliver files, and answer you.
We do not sell your personal information.
You can ask us to access, fix, or delete your data.
2. Tools We Use
We build and run the Universe with Google products. Google handles data under its own terms and privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
Google Sites. Hosts solderhaus.pro. Google may log visits, IP addresses, device data, and cookies as it serves the site. [If you turn on Google Analytics for the site, add: We also use Google Analytics to see aggregate visit statistics.]
Google Forms. Collects the DJ Verification Form and any other forms. Responses are stored in our Google account, in Forms and in a linked Google Sheet. Forms may record your Google account email if sign-in is required, and may collect your email address if we ask for it.
Google Drive. Stores form uploads, DJ records, and Program Files. We deliver Program Files through Drive sharing links. Google logs file access under its own terms.
Gmail. We use Gmail for application decisions, support, and file delivery. Message contents are stored by Google.
Other links. The site may link to or embed YouTube, SoundCloud, Instagram, Bandcamp, or similar services. Embeds may set their own cookies. We do not control them.
3. Information We Collect
3.1 You give us:
DJ Verification Form data: legal name, DJ name, email, city and country, date of birth, optional phone or messaging handle, links to profiles, gig details, references, uploaded proof, gear and genre details, and your typed signature.
Emails and messages you send us.
Content you send us or tag us in on social platforms.
3.2 Collected automatically (mostly by Google):
IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and cookies, as Google Sites and Google Forms serve the pages.
Drive access records, such as who opened a shared file and when, if Google makes them available to us.
3.3 From others: We may check public profiles you list. We may contact references you list to confirm you are an active DJ.
3.4 Sensitive data. We do not seek government ID numbers, health data, or financial account numbers. Do not send them. Date of birth is used only to confirm you are 18 or older.
3.5 No accounts or payments. We do not currently run user accounts, a store, or payment processing on the site. If that changes, we will update this Policy first.
4. How We Use Information
To review DJ applications, verify identity and activity, and approve or deny access.
To deliver Program Files and manage who has access.
To enforce our Terms and protect our rights and files.
To answer questions and send service messages.
To keep the site working and understand visits, where analytics are on.
To comply with law.
Legal bases (EEA, UK). Where those laws apply, we rely on your consent, performing a contract with you, our legitimate interests in running the Program and protecting our files, and legal obligations.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it as follows:
Google. As our hosting, forms, storage, and email provider, Google processes your data for us.
Legal and safety. When the law requires, or to protect rights, safety, or property, or to enforce our Terms.
Business changes. If we sell or transfer the Universe, your data may go to the new owner.
With your direction. When you tell us to, or when you post publicly.
Verified DJ listing. We may list your DJ name and public links on a Verified DJ page only if you agree.
Our Drive files are shared with approved DJs by link. Do not share your link. Anyone with it may be able to open the file.
6. Retention
We keep data only as long as needed. Unsuccessful DJ applications: [12] months. Approved DJ records: while you are in the Program, plus [2] years. Emails: [2] years. We may keep data longer to resolve disputes, enforce Terms, or meet legal duties. Google may keep backups for a period under its own policies.
7. Cookies
Google Sites, Google Forms, and embedded services may set cookies and use similar tools for essential functions, security, and analytics. We do not run our own advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but parts of the site may stop working. Where the law requires consent for non-essential cookies, we will add a notice. We do not respond to "Do Not Track" signals.
8. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
know what personal data we hold and get a copy;
correct inaccurate data;
delete your data;
object to or restrict certain processing;
withdraw consent at any time (this does not undo past processing);
receive your data in a portable format;
complain to your local data protection authority.
We may need to verify your identity. We respond within the time the law requires, usually 30 to 45 days. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision. We may keep data we must retain by law or need to enforce the Terms, such as records of revoked DJs. You can also manage Google data through your own Google account settings.
9. Security
We use Google account protections, including [two-step verification], and limit who can open files. No system is perfectly secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects you, we will notify you as the law requires.
10. International Transfers
We operate from USA. Google processes data in the United States and other countries, which may have different privacy laws. Google uses its own transfer safeguards.
11. Children
The Universe is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. The DJ Program requires you to be 18 or older. If you believe a child gave us data, contact nikkivisdead@gmail.com and we will delete it. Where local law sets a higher age of digital consent, that age applies.
12. Third-Party Sites
The Universe links to other sites. Their privacy practices are their own. Read their policies before sharing data.
13. U.S. State Privacy Notice
This section applies to residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws, including California. In the past 12 months we may have collected these categories: identifiers (name, email, IP); internet activity (site usage, through Google); professional information (DJ history, references); and inferences. We collected them from you, your devices, and the sources in Section 3.3. We disclosed them to Google as our service provider. We have not sold or shared personal information for targeted advertising. We do not knowingly sell or share data of anyone.
14. Changes
We may update this Policy. We will post the new date. For material changes, we will try to email verified DJs. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
